Get a head start on next season!
We invite you to get a jump start on next season with this erg training series. With something for every paddler, training sessions will take place twice per week, for two weeks, and will be led by head coach Don Mulhall. Each session is 45 minutes in duration. The course will provide an opportunity to get personalized feedback on your paddling technique, cover dragonboat-specific training drills, and introduce a variety of workout plans. Learn to make the most of your indoor erg workouts and apply new techniques for on-water training
